The touching bond between a condor and the man who rescued it as a chick has been captured in this heart-warming video.
The man in the video, named as Edgardo, rescued the condor when it fell from its nest as a baby.
And the huge bird clearly didn’t forget his rescuer, as video footage showed the pair coming together for a big embrace when the condor returned.
After being rescued, the condor – the largest bird in North America – was then able to learn how to fly and return to normal life.

When he saw the condor again, he said: ‘Hi, how are you, you crazy thing, how do you do? What a beauty you are’
Recorded in Argentina, the clip has been viewed more than 1.2 million times on social media.
In the video, the condor walks up to Edgardo for a hug and is seen nuzzling him affectionately.
He replies, saying: ‘Hi, how are you, you crazy thing, how do you do? What a beauty you are.’
According to Edgardo’s cousin who posted the film online, Edgardo felt sorry for the chick when he found it on the ground and decided to look after it.
‘And that was the beginning of the friendship,’ he added.
